Free Ground Shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States.

Florida customers also benefit from fast regional delivery. Eligible UPS Ground shipments within Florida typically arrive on the next business day after carrier pickup, although delivery times are not guaranteed.

Certain products and destinations may be subject to shipping exclusions or additional charges.

2. FAST ORDER PROCESSING

We work to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, with a daily processing cutoff of 1:00 PM Eastern Time.

Orders placed before the cutoff may qualify for same-day processing, depending on product availability, order verification, and fulfillment location.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed beginning the next business day.

Shipping and delivery estimates depend on the selected carrier service and destination.

3. FREE STRINGING & COMPLIMENTARY STRINGS

Every eligible tennis racquet purchased online includes complimentary professional stringing.

Choose from our selection of included synthetic gut and polyester strings at no additional charge.

Customers who prefer a different string may select other available options at their applicable retail prices.

Our goal is to make your new racquet ready for the court with a string setup that suits your preferences.

4. PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

We want you to shop confidently, knowing you're getting a competitive price.

If you find an identical product advertised at a lower price by another authorized U.S. online retailer, contact us to request a price match.

Eligible products must match the same model, size, color, and specifications.

Price matching is subject to verification, manufacturer pricing restrictions, and our Price Match Policy.

Marketplace sellers, unauthorized retailers, used merchandise, and excluded promotional offers do not qualify.

5. 30-DAY RETURNS

Shop with confidence with our 30-day return policy.

If your purchase isn't right for you, eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be new, unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Eligible orders of $100 or more include one complimentary prepaid domestic return shipping label.

Certain merchandise and services, including installed tennis strings, are non-refundable.

All returns are subject to inspection and the conditions outlined in our Returns & Warranty Policy.

We respect your personal information and take privacy seriously.

TennisPlaza uses third-party payment providers to process online payments.

We do not store customers' complete credit card numbers, expiration dates, or card security codes in our own systems.
