Customers must contact TennisPlaza Customer Service before returning heavy, oversized, or bulk merchandise.

Additional shipping arrangements or charges may be required depending on the product.

Returns shipped without prior coordination may be delayed or refused.

11. Exchanges

For a faster and more convenient experience, TennisPlaza recommends returning the original merchandise for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

This allows customers to purchase the replacement item immediately, subject to availability, without waiting for the original merchandise to be returned, inspected, and processed.

The refund for the original merchandise will be issued after it has been received, inspected, and approved in accordance with this policy.

Customers who prefer a traditional exchange should be aware that the complete process may take up to three weeks , depending on return shipping transit times, inspection and processing, product availability, and the destination of the replacement shipment.

Shipping costs for sending exchanged merchandise are the customer's responsibility.

Customer Service will confirm any applicable shipping charges before the replacement item is shipped.

All exchanges are subject to the same eligibility requirements as regular returns.

12. Return Locations & Mailing Address

Eligible merchandise may be returned by mail or in person at any TennisPlaza retail store.

All returns, whether shipped or returned in-store, are subject to the same eligibility requirements and inspection standards.

In-store returns do not bypass the conditions outlined in this policy.

Manufacturer Warranty Policy

14. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Products sold by TennisPlaza may be covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Most eligible products carry a one-year manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Warranty coverage, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and resolutions are determined by the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms.

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Misuse or abuse.
  • Impact damage.
  • Improper handling or storage.
  • Alterations or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and manufacturer approval.

A manufacturing defect must be established through the applicable warranty evaluation process.

15. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Customers who believe their product has a manufacturing defect should contact TennisPlaza Customer Service before sending merchandise for warranty evaluation.

To initiate a warranty claim, customers should provide:

  • The original order number or proof of purchase.
  • A description of the suspected manufacturing defect.
  • Clear photographs showing the affected product and area of concern.
  • Any additional information required for warranty evaluation.

TennisPlaza will review the information and provide instructions for the next steps.

Products requiring physical inspection must be delivered to the designated warranty processing address.

Submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee approval, replacement, or store credit.

Warranty decisions are subject to the manufacturer's evaluation and applicable warranty terms.

Customers should not send merchandise for warranty evaluation without first contacting Customer Service.

16. Racquet Warranty

Tennis, pickleball, and padel racquets are generally covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Warranty coverage applies to eligible manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from impact or abuse.
  • Damage caused by hitting courts, fences, or other objects.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Grommet wear or damage.
  • Grip or handle wear.
  • Unauthorized modifications.

Structural damage does not automatically establish the presence of a manufacturing defect.

Warranty eligibility and approval are determined by the manufacturer.

17. Footwear Outsole Durability Warranty

Certain tennis shoes include a six-month outsole durability warranty, only when explicitly offered by the manufacturer.

This warranty applies exclusively to qualifying footwear models and is subject to the manufacturer's specific warranty requirements.

For eligible models, outsole warranty claims generally require complete wear through the outsole, exposing the underlying interior material in the qualifying area.

The following conditions typically apply:

  • The outsole must be fully worn through in the area covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  • The underlying interior material must be clearly visible.
  • Cosmetic wear, smoothing, or partial thinning do not qualify.
  • Damage to the upper, sidewalls, toe caps, or other areas outside the warranty coverage is excluded.
  • Normal wear that does not meet the manufacturer's durability warranty requirements is not covered.

Outsole warranty coverage is not the same as a general footwear warranty against normal wear and tear.

If approved, the warranty provides a one-time resolution as determined by the manufacturer.

All shipping costs associated with footwear outsole warranty claims are the customer's responsibility.

18. Warranty Claims & Resolution

Manufacturer warranties cover eligible defects in materials or workmanship, subject to the manufacturer's terms and approval.

All warranty claims require evaluation. Submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee approval.

If a warranty claim is approved, TennisPlaza will provide one of the following resolutions:

  • Product Replacement: Replacement of the defective product with the same model or an equivalent product, subject to availability and manufacturer policies.
  • Store Credit: If a replacement is unavailable or otherwise not provided, TennisPlaza may issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase price paid for the product.

Store credit is calculated using the actual amount paid for the product, not its current retail price or manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP).

Approved warranty claims do not qualify for cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where required by applicable law.

Warranty resolutions remain subject to the manufacturer's terms and approval.

19. Warranty Claims for International Customers

TennisPlaza does not provide international warranty processing, international return shipping labels, or transportation services for warranty claims originating outside the United States.

International customers seeking warranty assistance must arrange and pay for delivery of the product to a TennisPlaza retail store or our designated warehouse in the United States.

Customers are responsible for all international transportation costs, customs duties, import or export fees, and any additional expenses associated with returning products from outside the United States.

TennisPlaza is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges incurred during international return transportation, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Once the product has been received, the warranty claim may be evaluated according to the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms and procedures.

Delivery of a product to TennisPlaza does not guarantee warranty approval, replacement, or store credit.

Customers should contact Customer Service before sending any products for warranty evaluation.

20. Warranty Shipping & Processing

All warranty claims requiring physical inspection must be delivered to the designated warranty processing location following instructions from TennisPlaza Customer Service.

Warranty submissions are subject to manufacturer inspection and evaluation.

Processing times vary depending on the manufacturer, product category, shipping transit times, and the nature of the claim.

Any applicable warranty shipping costs are determined by the product category and manufacturer's warranty terms.

Customers will be notified of the warranty decision and any applicable resolution after the evaluation is completed.
