This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy explains how orders placed on TennisPlaza.com are processed, fulfilled, shipped, and delivered. This policy covers shipping costs, processing timelines, inventory availability, payment handling related to fulfillment, and order logistics.
All other matters related to website use, liability, disputes, returns, warranties, and legal terms are governed by our Terms & Conditions.
TennisPlaza ships only within the continental United States (48 contiguous states).
We do not ship to:
All orders ship from our Florida warehouse.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after being placed. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of purchase; however, processing times may vary based on order volume, payment authorization, address verification, fraud review, inventory availability, internal operational workflows, and carrier pickup schedules.
Orders placed later in the business day may be prepared within the 24-hour window but dispatched on the following business day when the carrier completes its next scheduled pickup.
Order processing time refers solely to the preparation of the order prior to shipment and does not include transit time.
Placing an order does not guarantee same-day shipment.
Shipping carriers are selected at TennisPlaza’s discretion based on destination, package size, weight, service availability, and operational efficiency. Carriers may include UPS or USPS.
Transit time begins only once the order has been handed off to the carrier, not when the order is placed or payment is completed.
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout or provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
TennisPlaza is not responsible for delays caused by carrier service interruptions, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping rates displayed at checkout reflect the final cost for the selected shipping method.
Ground shipping applies to eligible items only. Certain heavy, oversized, or restricted products may require additional shipping charges and may not qualify for free or standard ground shipping.
Additional shipping options, including but not limited to:
are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination, package dimensions, weight, and carrier availability.
The shipping methods and rates displayed at checkout are final and binding for the order.
Shipping promotions do not apply to PO Boxes.
Orders shipped to PO Box addresses may be subject to standard shipping rates regardless of order total or promotional offers.
While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, product availability is not guaranteed at the time an order is placed.
If an order contains multiple items and one or more items are out of stock:
An initial payment authorization may appear for the original order amount. Only the final adjusted amount for shipped items is captured, excluding any out-of-stock products.
If an order contains only one item and that item is unavailable:
Any pending authorization will be released by the customer’s financial institution in accordance with its policies.
When an order is placed, a payment authorization may be initiated for the original order total. The final charge captured reflects only the value of items that are shipped.
Some financial institutions, particularly international or non-U.S. issued cards, may take longer to reconcile or release authorized funds. In these cases, customers may temporarily see what appears to be duplicate or overlapping charges (a pending authorization and a final charge).
These pending authorizations are controlled by the issuing bank and not by TennisPlaza. Customers experiencing delayed releases or questions regarding pending authorizations are advised to contact their bank directly.
Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled and shipped in separate packages. Items may ship at different times and arrive separately. Split shipments do not constitute partial fulfillment errors and do not entitle the customer to refunds, credits, or compensation.
Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
TennisPlaza is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or inability to deliver to a PO Box, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be re-shipped.
Orders shipped to freight forwarders or third-party courier services are shipped at the customer’s own risk. TennisPlaza is not responsible for delays, losses, additional fees, or damages occurring after confirmed delivery to such services.
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to jurisdictions where TennisPlaza is required to collect and remit sales tax in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
The applicable sales tax rate is determined by the shipping destination and the tax rules in effect at the time of purchase. Sales tax is calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
TennisPlaza does not control how tax laws are applied or updated by taxing authorities and collects sales tax only as required by law.
This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of checkout applies to the order.
