Yonex Percept 97 Tennis Tennis Racquet

Yonex Percept 97 Tennis Racquet

The Yonex Percept 97 is a control-focused racquet for experienced players who want precision, feel, and stability when taking full swings. Its 97 sq in head, thin 21 mm beam, and 310g unstrung weight provide a connected, controlled response, while the 16x19 string pattern keeps useful spin available. It rewards clean contact and developed technique rather than providing the easier power and forgiveness of larger-headed frames.

Ideal For

Intermediate to advanced players who generate their own pace and prioritize precision, ball feel, and predictable response from the baseline and around the court.

Key Benefits

• Precision & Control: The 97 sq in head and thin beam provide a controlled response for players who want confidence directing the ball.
• Connected Feel: The FlexCon System promotes frame flex and ball pocketing, helping provide greater feedback through contact.
• Stable Hitting: The 310g unstrung weight provides useful mass behind the ball when absorbing and redirecting pace.
• Spin Access: The 16x19 string pattern gives players room to shape shots with spin while retaining the racquet's control-oriented response.
