My last order was a Technifibre logo stencil. During the phone order process, I asked that the stencil not to be folded, as that tends to damage it. The staff customer service person made a note of my request on the order for me. When I received my stencil(on time), it came in a small box, so it could not be folded or damaged. Great customer service!!!! The quality of the stencil was excellent and have used it twice to stencil my racquets!! No complaints here!!
